Kirindi Oya Irrigation and Settlement Project

The objective of the irrigation project was to improve living conditions of poor people by increasing food production, employment and settlement prospects. The project supported agricultural development. It provided assistance for consulting services and training, irrigation works and rehabilitation, land settlement, and monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
