IFAD partners in the Philippines

A number of donors have been actively engaged in rural enterprise development and microfinance activities in the Philippines. Most have supported development of small and medium enterprises rather than microenterprises. In addition to IFAD, major donors include the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, the United Nations Development Programme and the European Union. Unilateral support has come from Australia, Germany, the United States, Spain, Canada and Japan.
