IFAD partners in Congo IFAD works in close partnership with the Government of the Republic of the Congo and with other donors such as the World Bank and the Opec Fund for International Development (OFID). Together with IFAD, OFID cofinances the rural development project in the departments of Niari, Lékoumou and Bouenza.
