IFAD partners in Brazil

Partnerships are extremely important to IFAD’s work in Brazil . Within the North-East region, the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) are the most active lending institutions for poverty eradication. Both are implementing a number of projects that complement IFAD-financed operations. IFAD is also a Global Environment Facility (GEF) executing agency.
